This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit a partnership inquiry, training or speaking request, funding or sponsorship inquiry, or newsletter signup, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization or congregation name, role, and the details you write in your message.
Our website may also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used only to understand overall traffic and improve the site.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule training or speaking engagements, coordinate partnerships and community programs, process and acknowledge charitable support, and send updates you have requested.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising by third parties.
Forms and Service Providers
The inquiry and newsletter forms on this site are hosted and processed by our customer relationship management provider, LeadStreamAi. Information you submit through those forms is stored in that system so our team can respond and keep a record of the request.
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate our programs and communications, and we ask them to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of an individual or the public.
Clinical and Program Confidentiality
This website is for general information and inquiries only. Please do not submit clinical, diagnostic, legal, or other sensitive personal details through website forms.
Confidentiality obligations for behavioral health services, coaching, and program participation are governed by the separate agreements, consent forms, and applicable professional and legal standards that apply to those services, not by this website policy.

Data Retention and Security
We keep inquiry and donor records for as long as needed to carry out the purposes described above and to meet our recordkeeping and reporting obligations, then remove or archive them.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect the information we hold. No website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Requests
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, or ask questions about how it is used. Contact us using the information on our website and we will respond as promptly as we can.
